How it works
Just the right amount of water vapour passes through, so produce neither dries out nor gets wet.
The film controls how much oxygen comes in and carbon dioxide goes out, slowing respiration.
Tiny laser holes fine-tune the atmosphere inside the liner, known as Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP).
